Lydia Wales - Franklin Township Trustee
Lydia is currently serving her second term as the Franklin Township Trustee and truly enjoys her job. Lydia is heavily involved in the community and loves to volunteer. She is the former chair of the Blake Dickus Car Show, a DJ for Habitat for Humanity's Soup Bowl, the Blake Dickus Reward Fund, Discover Downtown Franklin's 4th Friday Car Event and with the kid's service at her church. Currently serves on the Human Services Inc. board. Lydia has 18 years of clogging experience and taught clogging from 1989 to 1995.

Lydia has been happily married to John Wales for 20 years and has two kids, Alisha Lewis (Josh Lewis) and Mark Dillender. She loves being a grandmother and spoiling her grandchildren, Emma, Lane, and Lilah. She loves her two dogs, Max and Milee.

Nichole Boston - Case Manager
Nichole began working for the Township in February of 2018. Nichole is the Case Manager for our Transitional House Program where she assists clients with seeking employment, day to day needs, daycare needs for children, budgeting and landlord searches. Nichole has been a life-long resident of Franklin Township. Nichole is engaged to Justus, has one daughter, Lauren, and one step daughter, Liberty. The family enjoys boating, camping and spending time together.

Alyshcia Stubbs - Social Security Payee Case Manager
Alyshcia began working for the Township in January of 2020. Alyshcia is the Case Manager for the Social Security Payee Program where she meets with clients, insuring that their bills are paid on time and assisting them in their day to day issues that may arise. Alyshcia has worked with the public for over ten years, and has a passion for helping others. Alyshcia has been married to Luke Stubbs for 11 years. Together they have one son, Lane. The family enjoys spending time together, being outdoors, and riding horses.

Bethany Skaggs - Township Assistance Case Manager
Bethany began working for the Township in June 2020. Bethany is the Case Manager for the Township Assistance where she meets with clients and assists in completing all required paperwork. Bethany has enjoyed working with the public for a little over 9 years. Her passion has always been to help others succeed and reach for those shooting stars. Her favorite quote is "you can always look up and make a wish upon a shooting star, but in order to truly be successful you must continue to look up making those wishes upon those shooting stars, and once you do all the stars will be in the palm of your hand." She has been married to her husband, James Skaggs, for 7 years. Together they have 3 children; a son and 2 daughters. Their family loves to spend time together, being outdoors, participating in 4-H, spending time at the race track, and hanging out with friends and family.
